This one-day ILT course focuses on how sales representatives can successfully negotiate with their customers to achieve a win-win deal for both. The sales representatives must be able to strengthen their negotiation skills on preparing, driving, and closing their negotiations. This course will be highly interactive and participants will have the opportunity to practice critical skills and strategies through role-plays and discussion activities to effectively negotiate with customers.
